David “Josh” Crowfoot
Josh Crowfoot is a real estate transaction attorney who advises clients on the purchase, sale, development, and leasing of commercial real estate. He handles commercial real estate closings and has significant experience advising clients in the retail sector. Josh’s experience also extends to matters involving office and industrial properties. Most recently, Josh has advised national transportation and logistics companies on warehouse leases throughout the country. He is trusted counsel to institutional and individual real estate investors, builders, developers, landlords, and tenants throughout the Southeast.
In addition to commercial real estate, Josh advises multi-family and SFR builders and community associations on legal matters. In addition to handling transactions for his clients, he also resolves real estate disputes on their behalf via settlement, mediation, or litigation.
Josh is active in the American Bar Association’s Real Property Trust & Estate Section (RPTE). Currently, he is vice-chair of the Office Leasing Committee and serves as an editor for RPTE’s real property publications. Josh also chairs the Young Lawyer’s Network for RPTE. In addition to being an attorney, Josh is also a licensed real estate broker in Georgia and South Carolina.
