Kelee J. Schwenn has a broad background in all aspects of commercial real estate law with a focus on retail leasing and shopping center development. She has extensive experience in retail leasing having worked on behalf of both landlords and tenants. Her experience includes being designated as recommended counsel for several national franchise concepts, negotiating retail leases on behalf of franchisees across the country.

More recently Ms. Schwenn’s practice has been focused on representing major landlords with national portfolios in connection with their development and leasing activities.
