David A. Schubert

David A. Schubert is a senior associate in Daspin & Aument’s real estate practice with extensive experience in commercial real estate matters, specifically focusing on a diverse array of leasing and development matters. Mr. Schubert has over 10 years of in-depth experience serving both as in-house counsel for large national commercial real estate companies, as well as outside counsel representing national REITs, private developers, retailers, and property managers. David brings a business-minded approach to every client matter, helping client’s cut through the noise, focusing most on what matters to them, and finding a practical solution.
Mr. Schubert is a Chicago-land native, who currently resides with his wife and daughters in the northern Chicago suburbs. He has also co-authored an article in Commercial Leasing Law and Strategy, “The Representations, Warranties and Covenants’ Triumverate” (Volume 27, Number 11 – May 2015).
