Howard S. Thompson conducts a broad based commercial real estate practice, representing owners, developers and managers of retail, office and industrial properties. He has extensive, national experience in representing both landlords and tenants in the negotiation of office, retail and industrial leases. In addition, Mr. Thompson has extensive experience in working with institutional investors and property owners in leveraged sale and leaseback transactions.

Mr. Thompson also represents financial institutions in connection with acquisition, construction and permanent loan transactions, including negotiation, documentation and enforcement, and debt restructuring. He also has extensive experience in representing both borrowers and lenders in loan modifications, loan restructurings and foreclosures and related alternatives.
